Service Description
Our dedicated standard car service is perfect for delivering small items that can fit inside the boot. To use this service, both pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the M25. Please check our FAQs for post code availability. Once the driver arrives, you have a 5-minute grace period to bring your items to the car. After that, the driver may leave to ensure timely delivery. Please allow up to 3 hours for your items to be delivered, even if you have provided a desired delivery time. Please note that this service is strictly door-to-door and does not include loading or unloading items or entering buildings. At our company, we are dedicated to providing you with efficient and reliable delivery services. Trust us to get your items delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Cancellation Policy
FlickFirst Ltd – Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation • All bookings must be made via our official booking platform, email, or phone line. • Bookings are only confirmed once a confirmation email or message has been issued by FlickFirst Ltd. • Same-day delivery requests must be received before the daily cut-off time (subject to availability). 2. Cancellation & Amendments • Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled collection time without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before collection may incur a cancellation fee. • Changes to pickup or drop-off locations may affect pricing and availability. 3. Delivery Times • While we strive to meet all delivery windows, traffic, weather, and other external factors may impact timings. • FlickFirst Ltd will keep customers informed of any significant delays. 4. Packaging & Labeling • All items must be securely packaged and clearly labeled. • FlickFirst Ltd is not responcible or reserves the right to refuse poorly packaged items to protect the safety of goods in transit and other deliveries. 5. Liability for Loss or Damage • FlickFirst Ltd takes great care to handle all items safely and professionally. • In the unlikely event of loss or damage directly caused by our negligence, our maximum liability is limited to £250 per booking. • Clients are advised to arrange additional insurance for high-value or fragile items. 6. Exclusions of Liability • FlickFirst Ltd is not liable for: • Damage due to inadequate packaging • Perishable goods that deteriorate during transit • Consequential or indirect loss (e.g. lost profits, lost contracts) • Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events (e.g. road closures) 7. Proof of Delivery • A digital or physical proof of delivery (POD) will be provided for every completed job. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure an authorised recipient is available at the delivery address.
